If you use this shipping option it is important that you read and understand the following.
By selecting this method you are agreeing for your order to be left at your shipping address if no one is present when your delivery arrives.
If you are not sure if you will be there to recive your delivery, it is a good idea to leave comments when you place your order directing the driver where to leave it.
Fastway Couriers provide 1 free redelivery. If you are not present to receive your order they will leave a card and you can organise another time for delivery or to pick up your order form one of their distribution centres.
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order, as confirmed using Toll IPEC or Fastway tracking information. We will refund the cost of all returns resulting from faulty or damaged products.
In the event that incorrect product is received, we will do our best to correct the error in a timely fashion.
